ORDERING INFORMATION
TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER
To place an online order, click on the order button and follow the instructions given. ALL FIELDS IN THE ORDER FORM MUST BE FILLED FOR THE ORDER TO BE COMPLETED. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE ORDER. If you are entering an international address and phone number, follow the form as best you are able including all essential pieces of address information. International orders are processed on this form.
When you click on the "order" button, the item will be added to your shopping basket. Putting an item in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put an item in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want into your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the Show Order button. PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED TO THE SAME ADDRESS MAY BE ORDERED TOGETHER. ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES SHOULD BE ORDERED AS SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Your credit card company will automatically calculate the exchange rate if you are using a different currency. Orders are payable by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may exit the payment procedure at any time or empty your shopping cart. The final step is to enter your credit card information. All orders are transmitted on a fully secure SSL server. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when we receive the order.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
When your order is received, we will send you an email confirmation. At that time we will
confirm that the
item is in stock and available for shipment. Please make sure that the order form is
completed correctly
and in full. It is very important that your correct email address is included in the order!
GUARANTEE
All gift selections carry a 15-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not
100% satisfied or
the recipient of your gift is not 100% satisfied, please return the item to us for a prompt
refund to your
credit card or exchange. (Return shipping fees are not refundable.) PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR TO A RETURN, SO WE WILL EXPECT THE PACKAGE. Returned items must be in new, unused and original condition with original packaging materials, unused warranty cards and instruction booklets. Please send the package via Fed Ex, UPS, or insured Priority Mail. This protects you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit. We will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise less shipping when we receive the merchandise. Personalized items, dated products and special orders are not refundable. There is a place on the order form for a brief personal message and how you wish to have

signed. We will enclose a handwritten message with each gift.

All merchandise can be shipped in a complimentary gift box with ribbon or over wrapped
with paper and
ribbon depending on the individual item. We assure you that the recipient will know they

Shipping Time
Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 to 3 days after the receipt of the order.
Shipping Method within the Continental U.S.
Packages shipped within the continental United States are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS or US Priority
Mail. Carriers request that we allow 5 business days for delivery after they receive the package.
The most
appropriate shipping method is determined considering the item, the insured value, and the
final
destination. We cannot deliver to Post Office Box numbers. We do deliver to APO and
FPO Boxes.

The amount quoted is based on a total order shipped to a single address. Items ordered
together, with
the exception of the Gift Box Collections, may not be shipped together.

APO and FPO BOXES
Orders to APO and FPO boxes are shipped via US Priority Mail. We can guarantee
delivery to the APO
and FPO boxes within the United States. At that point, the time of delivery to the final
destination is
determined by the military or government carrier. Continental United States shipping rates
apply.
Order to be shipped outside the continental United States
Orders are calculated individually as charges will vary. (Please note that international
shipping fees will
not be seen on your Internet order form.) In addition to our standard shipping and
handling fees, we will
quote you the additional charges when confirming the order and before charging your
credit card. Our
fees do not include Duty or Import Fees outside the United States. We prefer to ship these
orders by air.
